Race and Stat buying.

Let's keep it simple.  In this campaign, characters have 47 character points to spend.

First, purchase a race from the available list.

Aasimar-15
Tiefling-13
Dhampir-11
Ratfolk-9
Kitsune-14
Vishkanya-13
Human-9
Zahn: {Halflings: Avenging Subtype} -9
Technically, there are others such as: crabmen, goatmen, turtlemen(The Quoise), etc; but I've never seen them fully written up.  Ask Whit if interested.

Subtract the cost of your race from your character points.  For example's sake, let's say you wanted to play a human or ratfolk.  Both cost 9 points, leaving you 38 points for the next step.

Next you buy your attributes.  Luckily, I've found an online calculator for this, so I won't have to try to scan in a table from the DMG.

You're supposed to use the BOTTOM calculator, because we're playing with 3.5 rules.  Use the other race setting, however, because we're using Pathfinder races.   One rule of note, DON'T take your Purchased stat below an 8.  Juggle around your purchased stats until you've got the total points equal to your left over points.  In our example, 38.  Spend them all, but no more.

After you've got that done, add your racial modifer(s) to that column.
These can be found here: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races
Pathfinder humans get +2 to any one attribute.
Ratfolk get + 2 Dex, +2 Int, and - 2 Str.
